| Leicester Academicals FC |  Welcome to the home of Leicester Academicals Football Club. The Accies have played Sunday League football around Leicester since 1968.
We are a good club and enjoy our football. We have a get-together every Tuesday evening between 8:30pm and 9:30pm for a bit of a training session, which is ordinarily a good game of football on an all-weather pitch under floodlights. And then we go to the pub. We currently play in the Leicester Alliance League. Our home ground is at the University of Leicester Sports Hall on Manor Road, Oadby where we play on one of the best pitches you'll find in Sunday League football. We play our games on most Sunday mornings and kick-off at 10:30am. The Alliance League has an excellent level of organisation. We are always on the lookout for new players.
